To return a part you must obtain an RMA number from your sales person.
Parts return without an RMA number will not be accepted or credited.
Manufacturer warranties are up to the manufacturer.
U.S. Computer Exchange cannot change those or do work on something we are not authorized by the manufacturer to do under their warranty.
Laptop batteries are NOT warranted. All Sales are final on new consumable products.
